We are a Companion Animal Rescue too!
I am happy to announce that 2nd Hand Ranch & Rescue not only is a licensed Dept of Natural Resources Wildlife Center but now we are a IDA licensed Companion Animal Rescue. Bit by bit we will do our best to help those unfortunate doggies that are so needing a home. I realize we can't save them all -the numbers are just not in our favor - but we can make a difference!
This photo right here just shows how special doggies are to us - every single one of these dogs came in to an Animal Control somewhere - Norman, Angelheart, Darcy, Cinnamon (she was chained for 8 years to barn until we rescued) Floyd & Maddie. I want to show folks that Animal Control dogs are not damaged - just victims of irresponsible or uncaring owners!
Oh yes, we find homes for unwanted rabbits, guniea pigs, pot bellied pigs, donkeys - oh my !
